Q? It's been a while since I've done any exercise, do I need a minimum level of fitness or experience to join Valkyrie?

A. Absolutely not. We train everyone from grandmothers and “cubicle crusaders” to Military Special Forces and First Responders. Our belief is that the correct program works for everyone across the board and does not change in scope, only scale.

Q? I consider myself in good shape and already have a workout routine that includes HIIT, running & lifting. Will I still have to complete the on-ramp program?

A. Yes, for our CrossFit Classes.  No, for all our other classes.  We are here to help you and want to make sure you get the most out of your membership.  To schedule the program, please email us (info@crossfitvalkyrie.com) and we will try our best to schedule around yours.

Q? I'm visiting from out of town but belong to a CrossFit affiliate in my home town, can I drop in for a workout?

A. Of course! We love having visitors. Please contact us at info@crossfitvalkyrie.com to let us know when you plan to visit. Be prepared to provide information about any current or past medical issues/conditions as well as any other physical limitation you have so we can ensure you are safe.
