We are doing 4 rounds, since you get a minute to rest after each two exercises, make sure to push yourself and earn your rest. We want to elevate your heart rate and then bring it back down, this is the best way to burn as many calories as possible. If you dont push yourself as hard as possible and then don’t need the rest you are doing it wrong.
