4 Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk @ 70% of C&J go up 2.5 kg each week if you make 3 out of 4
3 x 4 Clean Pulls @ 100% of C&J go up 5 kg each week
5 x 3 Push Press @ 60% of C&J go up 2.5 kg each week of make 4 out of 5

Thursday:
Snatch at 80%, 82%, 84%, 86%, 88%, go up by 2% each week if make 4 out of 5
5 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats at 70% of snatch, go up 2.5kg if you make 4 out of 5
5 x 1 Power Clean 80% of C&J go up 2.5 kg each week if make 4 out of 5

Extra:
10 minute EMOM
1 Power Clean + Squat Clean at least 75% of C&J
