Stephanie is a HIIT coach and trainer who works with those who want to achieve their goals both physically and fitness related by pushing those to their full potential. She believes everyone has the ability to reach those goals by learning the proper ways to perform each given exercise and execute each workout. She works as a personal trainer full time, changing bodies and lives for the better. As a former athlete, she has the knowledge to direct in sport specific training and through her own personal training, she can train those interested in bodybuilding or functional training. Stephanie holds a Personal Training diploma, as well as a Nutrition Consultation Certificate from the National Personal Training Institute.
