After I started training with Adam a little over a year. I started working out with Adam to improve my conditioning, lose some holiday pounds and focus on cross-fitness. How much does the Intrepid Gym Intro To H.I.I.T Beginners Program cost?

We have two options for the beginner program. You can either sign up for 5 sessions that cost $100, which is our full program, covering all movements you would see in our classes. The other option is $30 for 1 session, which is perfect for the quick refresher.

How many people are in the beginner program?

Since we want you to get the most out of the program, we cap the program at 5 people. Remember we created this program for you.

When are the classes held?

You decide!  We will try our best to work around your schedule.  Starting a new workout program can be inimidating and hard, and we want to help you achieve your goals.
