2 x 20 Wall Balls 20/14
2 x 5 Deadlifts 315/185
2 x 15 KB Swings a 70/35
2 x 10 Roll-Outs

You and your partner will do each exercise twice before moving onto the next. If you struggle with double-under, practice for 30-45 seconds as your turn. We are going heavy on deadlifts, so dont feel tempted to do too much weight, weight should feel light and doable before the workout starts.
