4 Rounds:
1) 5 Muscle-Ups/6 Strict Pull-Ups
2) 8 Power Cleans 135/85
3) 12 Burpees
4) 15 V-Ups
5) 18 Step Ups 10% 24″/16″ (total)

You have one minute to complete each exercise, your goal is to finish early and rest the remainder of the minute. If you don’t get at least 10 seconds to rest, decrease the reps for the following round.
