6 Clean and Push Press 135/85
6 Toes to Bar/Knees Up
6 Box Jumps 30″/24
6 Pull-Ups
6 Alt V-Ups
Rest 90

6 Rounds, 6 Exercises, 6 Reps. Keep your form on these exercises, and make sure you get yourself all the way on the box, use the foam boxes if possible. For the HSPUs, if you can’t do 6, do less, but try to do the full depth.
