Tuesday:
5 x 2 Squat Clean from 2 @ 70% of 1RM C&J, if you make 4 out of 5 go up 2.5 kg next week
4 x 3 Push Press @ 60% of 1RM C&J, if you make 3 out of 4 go up 2.5 kg next week
Find 3RM 1RM Deadlift

Thursday:
1, 2, 2, 2 Power Snatch @ 80% Build to a heavy single, then drop 10kg for 3×2 if complete 3×2 go up 2.5 kg
5 x 1 3 sec eccentric to position 2, pause for 1 sec, Squat Clean + Pause Jerk (pause in dip) @ 70%, If make 4 out of 5 lifts go up 2.5kg
Find 3RM Shoulder Press

Friday:
15 x 1 EMOM Squat Clean and Jerk at 75%
