Tuesday:
4 x 3 Power Snatches 75%, make 4 out of 4 increase 2.5kg
5 x 2 Power Cleans 80% make 4 out of 5 increase 2.5kg
Build to 90% of Deadlift, max reps drop set minus 20kg, increase next week by 10kg
Thursday:
5 x Snatch Deadlift+Low Hang Snatch 70% make 4 out of 5 increase 2.5kg
4 x 2 High Hang Squat Clean 80%, make 3 out of 4 increase 2.5kg
2 Shoulder Press+3 Push Press 55% of C&J increase by 2.5kg
Friday:
Back Squat Build to 90%, max reps drop set minus 20kg, go up 5kg each week
