6 Week Program, Week 2
Tuesday:
5 x High Hang Squat Snatch+3 sec pause overhead squat @ 70% increase by 2.5kg if make 4 out of 5
3 x 3 Squat Cleans 70%, increase 2.5kg each week
Build to heavy 3RM Deadlift

Thursday:
4 Full Snatch with Pause at 2 @ 75% increase by 2.5kg if make 3 out of 4
4 Double High Hang Cleans @ 70% increase by 2.5kg if make 3 out of 4
4 x 3 Push Press @ 60% of C&J increase by 2.5kg each week

Friday/Extra:
Build to max: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks
