4 x 2 Power Cleans @ 75% increase by 2.5 kg next week
3 x 2 (2 Push Presses + Push Jerk) @ 60% of C&J

Thursday:
4 x 2 High Hang Snatches 70% make 3 out of 4 increase by 2.5 kg next week
4 x (1 Power Clean and 3 Thrusters) @ 60% if make 3 out of 4, increase by 2.5 kg next week
3 x 2 Sumo Deadlift, build to a max

Extra:
8 Rounds:
Full Snatch + Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat (try to get as close to body weight as possible)
