Tuesday:
5 x High Hang Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats @ 60% (if make 4 out of 5 increase by 2.5kg next week
3 x 8 Back Squat 70% increase weight by 5kg next week
3 x 10 Shoulder Press 60% increase weight by 2.5kg next week

Thursday:
1, 2, 2 High Hang Clean, work to 85% then drop set of 10kg, increase weight by 2.5kg next week
4 x 2 Front Squat 75% increase weight by 5kg next week
4 x 4 Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Push Press @ 50% of Snatch

Extra:
6 x 2 Snatch at 75% of Snatch, increase weight by 2.5kg next week
