Linda is the founder of wellness website, vitaminlinda.com. She has a passion for helping people move, nourish, and shine. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, 2009 having studied Psychology and Journalism. Over the past 5 + years, she became a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, Sivananda 200 hr yoga teacher, Stand Up Paddleboard yoga teacher, USA Swimming coach, and a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is currently expanding her education as a health supportive chef at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. In her free time she likes to dance while cooking, do dog barks and the lawn mower, and handstands.
