Tuesday:
5 x 3 Full Snatches 70% of 1RM Snatch, each week increase by 2.5kg, if you make 4 out of 5 attempts
5 x 2 Push Presses + 2 Push Jerk 55% of C&J, increase by 2.5kg, if you make 4 out of 5 attempts
3 x 5 Snatch Deadlift at 100% of Snatch, increase by 5kg each week

Thursday:
5 x Clean & Jerks 80%, increase by 2.5kg, if you make 4 out of 5 attempts
Max High Hang Clean
3 x 5 Box Squat 80% of 1RM Squat, increase by 5kg each week

Extra:
5 x Snatch from 1 + 2 + 3 at 80%, increase week by 2.5 kg if make 4 out of 5 attempts
