Tuesday:
Clean and Jerk Build to a heavy 90%, then 3×2 Drop Set minus 10 KG, go up 2.5 kg each week
4×3 Tall Jerks @ 50%, go up 2.5 kg each week
3×8 Clean Deadlifts at 100% Clean & Jerk

Thursday:
Snatch Build to a heavy 90%, then 3×2 Drop Set minus 10 KG, go up 2.5 kg each week
4×3 Snatch Balance @ 60%, if make 3 out of 4 sets go up 2.5kg next week
5×2 Deficit Snatch Deadlift @ 80%, go up 2.5kg each week

Extra:
Build to a max double hang from position 2, then 4×2 drop set minus 10kg
