4 x Squat Clean+2 Jerks 65% add 2.5kg
4×2 Front Squat 75% add 2.5kg

Thursday:
5 Snatch Deadlift to Low Hang Halt Snatch at 65%
5×2 Power Cleans at 80%
2x 2 Shoulder Press+2 Push Press @50% add 2.5kg
